Rudy Lozano is the Broker and Owner of Premier Realty Group Platinum.
He purchased his first investment property in 1990 in Del Rio, TEXAS at the age of 18 with his father.
He has been in the Finance Industry since 1993 while going through College. He studied Education at Texas State University and obtained a BA from Sul Ross State University in the Fall of 1994. MBA is presently in progress!
In early 1995 he ventured into the Auto Finance Industry as an Operations Manager and Underwriter of a $22 Million Dollar Branch.
After purchasing his first primary residence in 1997 he decided to transition into the Mortgage Industry to service First Time Homebuyer's and Veteran's processing and underwriting FHA, VA, Conventional and Home Equity Loans for a number of years.
He was offered a coveted position as the Operations Manager with the designated HUD Closing Agent Michael H. Casey, Attorney at law. Mr. Casey handled the Housing and Urban Development Closing Agent contract for over 30 consecutive years.
Rudy was responsible for foreclosed properties and their closings in 36 Texas Counties on behalf of HUD and other Major Banks.
Mr. Casey, a well respected Real Estate Attorney in the City of San Antonio became Rudy's employer, long-time friend and mentor.
In Early 2000, Rudy decided to obtain a Real Estate License and became a Multimillion Dollar producer for Century 21 Smith and Associates for several years.
In 2003 he became a Real Estate Broker and started his own firm, Fidelity Realty Group.
Fidelity Realty Group operated as a RE/MAX Franchise from January 2006 through January 2011. The experience and knowledge were priceless.
Mr. Lozano is presently the owner of Premier Realty Group Platinum or PRG Platinum which is a subsidiary of our parent company Fidelity Realty Group. Other Affiliates include Fidelity Insurance Group, Fidelity Mortgage and Fidelity Rotary Notary Services. All companies are in the same building and in close proximity to offer a ONE stop shop experience as a FULL service real estate firm.
We are presently members of the National Association of Realtors, Texas Association of Realtors as well as our local board SABOR.
We offer MLS access in San Antonio, New Braunfels, Austin, Houston, Corpus Christi, Del Rio, Eagle Pass, Laredo, Uvalde, Kerrville, Fredericksburg and San Angelo.
It is our goal to enter the market place in Midland-Odessa by the end of the year as well as into 2022 in El Paso, Lubbock and Amarillo.
PRG Platinum will have MLS access and presence in the entire State of Texas.
Decision to purchase the PRG building was made in 2007 to offer a beautiful working environment, learning and technology center to our Realtor partners located at 9480 Huebner Road, Suite 200, San Antonio, TX 78240.
Our ultimate goal is to provide convenient services and value to our partners, customers and clients.
Fidelity Group donates money yearly to the San Antonio Humane Society as well as our local Children’s Hospital.
Rudy enjoys playing tennis and snow skiing as well as spending time with his spouse and two children at their ranch in Uvalde.
