I hear you are looking for some acreage around 5 or so and possibly on the water. You want privacy and relaxation be able to not be seen from the road and have maybe nature paths and some cleared areas, but mostly all natural woods. I also understand that you would like maybe a fire pit and it would be nice if maybe there was a hunting blind somewhere in a tree. You mentioned you would love to be able to kayak and canoe from your own private little beach area as well as be able to look for fossils in the water and along the shoreline. It was brought to light that you love nature and "living off the grid" like on TV ,so having a solar system, even if batteries were needed, would be just a giant step into self sustaining. Since you love to hunt, it would be a big plus if you were able to do that too. They will truly miss all the camping weekends, sitting around the fire pit, or down by the water fishing or fossil hunting.
