In the rear of the home, you will be pleased with the large south facing heated pool with a large beach entry. It is a perfect place to relax after a wonderful day at the beach. The existing wood fence is going to be completely replaced with a brand new 6 foot vinyl fence to brighten up the exterior of the home and provide some additional privacy. The home is a land condo which means there is a common wall and fence between the property next door. Unlike most condos there are no HOA fees to worry about. Each of the units have private access to the yards on their side and rear of their property. The units also have two dedicated parking spaces out front. If you chose not to have a car, there is a free trolley to tour the island that stops a on short block south at the corner of Gulf Dr and 70th St. Should you choose, you can also rent an easy to park road legal golf cart to tour the island. "Salty Dog" is presently a successful vacation rental and could continue to do so with repeat guests. The rental license allows booking for up to six guests with a 7 day minimum stay, maximizing your potential rental potential.
