A well manicured property with room to grow...Layout allows space for a build of large SFR if desired and room for many toys such as boats, side by sides/ tractors, mowers, etc...The tiny house is not so tiny compared to those that are designed for the road/hauling. Auto vacuum with large custom composite steps into the pool. Surrounded by a 16 x16 deck, with patio furnishings and a gas burner for warmth and ambiance. Large storage shed I use for tools and equipment 12 x 16 with lighting and power. A spring fed well, great tasting no smell water, straight from aquifer. Power from road is under ground so no ugly power lines. The a large covered area 40 x 40 with rock and landscape timbers enclosing rock...designed for camper as tall as 14 ft x 8ft and a large area for trucks boats side by side etc. The property contains large LIVE oaks 80 plus years old.
