This tastefully decorated home features a king size bed in the master, walk in closets, stainless steel appliances, flat screen tvs, cable, internet (with wi fi) and laundry inside of the unit! The second bedroom includes 2 beds and there is a full 2nd bathroom for your guests! Enjoy top level living and utilize the building's elevator for ease of access. Unit is available month to month, or for a period up to 1 year. River strand is one of the areas premier golf resort communities, featuring 27 championship holes of golf and a state of the art pro shop that carries the latest in golf technology and apparel. But golf isnt your only option here! River strand is also a major hub for tennis and pickleball, featuring a fully staffed racquet sports pro shop with 9 lighted har tru tennis courts and 8 lighted pickleball courts! Time to wind down?? Head over to the award winning clubhouse for dinner and drinks in between round after round of golf! This 39,000 sq/ft clubhouse features a restaurant dining room, grille room, pool table, aerobics room, locker rooms and a 3500 sq/ft fitness center! Grab a meal in the dining area or relax outside at the tiki bar overlooking the resort style pool! There are also six satellite pools and a second resort style pool strategically located throughout the community. All of this is available to you if you activate the optional membership transfer. The current rate (subject to change) is $535 +tax for the duration of your stay. This fee allows you unlimited access to all these amenities (including golf) for the duration of your tenancy! In addition, your unit comes with an assigned covered parking spot and a ton of guest parking for second/guest vehicles. River strand is ideally located near the intersection of 64/75. Easy access to i 75 makes commuting a breeze. Tons of nearby shopping including the outlet mall in ellenton (1 exit away), utc mall (2 exits away), and lakewood ranch main street (10 minutes away). Lakewood ranch, sarasota, anna maria island, tampa, and st. Pete are all nearby!! Short drive to some of the most beautiful beaches in the country! Fishing, boating, kayaking, or lounging at the beach.... Its all here!! Unit is available month to month. Summer rental rates: (may november) are $2150/month + tax (this includes all utilities). In season rental rates: (december april) are $4250/month + tax (this includes all utilities). All utilities are included in the rent! Don't wait, this unit won't last!
