Beautiful home that was rebuilt in 1997 located on Palm Island on Siesta Key. Palm Island is considered the heart of Siesta Key. When the home was rebuilt it was raised 10 feet above ground. This home is a short walk to Siesta Beach, which has been named the #1 Beach in the USA numerous times. It is also just minutes from the Village that has restaurants, shopping, etc. You would have access to and from the mainland by two bridges located on the north side and south side of Siesta Key. Bicycles are a good mode of transportation as well as the free trolleys that run the entire island and downtown. The home is a true paradise which includes 4 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms and a two car garage. Enjoy the vaulted ceiling and 20 foot ceiling upon entry. There is a relaxing heated pool that is screened to enjoy the sunshine. Just imagine a lazy day at the beach followed by a dip in the pool, with no worries. What more could you ask for?
